WTF Internet Archive !?! Part 2

Yesterday I pointed out that the Internet Archive has a whole bunch of old gaming magazines in its collection. Here are some more of what I have found:

Best of Dragon Magazine

Dragon Annual

Strategic Review

Of the issues of Dragon in the archive, issues 336 through 364 are missing.

There are also huge gaps in the collection of Polyhedron.

Obviously, if these links turn out to be illegal and the files are removed from the Internet Archive, I will remove these links and the links on the previous post, as I do not want to link to pirated material.

That said, the Internet Archive is recognized as a non-profit library by the state of California and is a member of the American Library Association, so these materials might be perfectly legal.

EDIT: Links removed as the material was pulled from public access.

The Dragon Mag files are identical to those found in the Demonoid torrent that has been floating around the Internets for years. I'm not sure if they differ from the files in the Dragon Magazine Archive that's selling for $100+ on Amazon atm.

@Gorgonmilk: If that's true, then these files might be considered illeagal contributions to the Archive. I guess I should pony up, create an account at the Internet Archive, as ask the question in the forum.

Does somebody else want to do the right thing and drop a line to WotC's legal department?
